About gift services

Can you wrap the item? What kind of wrapping will it be?

All gift set items come with wrapping (boxes). The size and color of the wrapping varies depending on the set. Please check the individual product pages for details on wrapping.

Can I attach a gift tag?

We also offer gift wrapping. You can choose this option from the individual product pages. If you would like to include joint names or company names, please insert a dot where you would like the line break to begin.

Do you have message cards?

You can order an original message card. We will print the message you enter and wrap it in a gift box. If you would like it to be handwritten, please write "handwritten" in the message input field and we will send it without putting it in a gift box.

Do you provide paper bags for giving gifts?

If you order a gift set, a paper bag will be included.

This is a gift, so please do not include anything indicating the price.

We do not attach price tags to any products. Also, if the orderer and the recipient are different, we will not include any items indicating the price, such as invoices or receipts, so please rest assured.

About name embroidery

How long does it take to have a name embroidered?

If you choose to have your name embroidered, we can ship your order within 1-2 days of placing your order. If you need your order urgently, please enter your request in the inquiry field below the date of your order.

名入れの位置はどのあたりになりますか?

商品によって異なりますが、Tシャツ、スウェットなどのトップス類は左裾、タオルも端になります。靴下にはお入れすることができません。

アルファベットは何文字まで刺繍できますか?

刺繍の文字数が増えると文字の大きさは小さくなり、見えにくくなります。基本的には10文字までとさせていただいております。

Can I change the embroidery if I make a mistake?

Generally, we do not accept changes to the name embroidery. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order by phone or through our inquiry form, we will be able to accommodate your request if it is before we start the embroidery.

What is the shortest time it will take to arrive?

We will ship your order within 2-3 days. If there is a delay in delivery due to product arrival delays, we will contact you by email in advance.

About the product

I only washed it once but it seems to have shrunk, why?

Our organic cotton is hardly ever chemically treated from the time it is grown to the finished product, so the fibers are healthy. Unlike regular cotton, it is not chemically treated with shrink-proofing agents or pre-processed to shrink the fabric. Therefore, our products are more likely to shrink than regular cotton products. Therefore, we make our products with shrinkage in mind, so there is no problem with the size.

I see some small specks on the fabric, is this dirt?

What looks like dirt is called "cotton lint" and is pieces of dead cotton leaves and stems. Regular cotton products are bleached so that the cotton lint is not visible. Our organic cotton is not bleached and is left in its original state. We process the fabric to remove the cotton lint, but some of it remains. However, it is harmless and will gradually come off with each wash, so please rest assured. Enjoy the texture of organic cotton as it is.

Will organic cotton fabric discolor?

When washing organic cotton fabric with other colors, the color may transfer and become slightly cloudy. This is because it is not chemically treated and is therefore more likely to absorb color. We recommend washing it separately from colored items. Also, please note that if you use detergent that contains bleach, the natural off-white color of organic cotton will gradually turn white.

Why is organic cotton fabric unbleached? There is also pure white organic cotton, what is the difference?

Unbleached is the natural color of cotton. Pure white is bleached using chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide. Bleaching removes the natural oils of organic cotton, leaving it with a dry texture. Fabric softener is often used to compensate for this. Organically tries not to use pure white fabrics in order to maintain the natural softness of organic cotton.

The color of the product is different from what I saw on the website?

Please note that the actual product may look different on the web than it does on your PC or mobile device.

Can I have my name embroidered in store?

We can also do name embroidery at the store. It takes about 15 minutes and you can have it ready the same day.

Is there parking available?

No. Please use a nearby parking lot.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return products?

In the case of initial defects, we will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the arrival date of the product. We cannot accept returns or size exchanges due to customer's personal preferences, so please consider carefully before purchasing. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized products if the customer has made a mistake in their order.
